Unable to connect errors, although SFTP server audit suggests otherwise?

Hi there,

On a BizTalk client using the bLogical SFTP adapter we are getting the following Windows Event Log entries:

Application Event ID 1001 from SFTPAdapter

Method: Blogical.Shared.Adapters.Sftp.SharpSsh.Sftp.connect

Error: Unable to connect to Sftp host [SFTP-MACHINENAME]

Information:
Type: System.Exception
Target:
Message: Unable to connect to Sftp host [SFTP-MACHINENAME]

Stacktrace:

Type: Tamir.SharpSsh.jsch.JSchException
Target: Void connect(Int32)
Message: verify: False
Stacktrace:
at Tamir.SharpSsh.jsch.Session.connect(Int32 connectTimeout)
at Tamir.SharpSsh.SshBase.ConnectSession(Int32 tcpPort)
at Tamir.SharpSsh.SshBase.Connect(Int32 tcpPort)
at Blogical.Shared.Adapters.Sftp.SharpSsh.Sftp.connect(Boolean force)

However at exactly the same time our SFTP server is logging that the user succesfully logged in, followed by successfully logging out.

Our SFTP server is set to allow unlimited connections from this user account and it has all the permissions it requires to connect (as proven by the fact that it does connect and manipulate the files as required, and this error is intermittent).

I'm also seeing the following in the verbose error log of our SFTP server (even though everything seems to be working fine):

ERROR [Session.52736:Default Site:SFTP-SITENAME] send failed SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
ERROR [Session.52736:Default Site:SFTP-SITENAME] send failed: socket closed
WARN [Session.52736:Default Site:SFTP-SITENAME] UnregisterChannel: unknown channel 0

Could anybody shine some light on what I should be looking into as my next step in troubleshooting these Event Log entries please?
