Received zero-byte file

I am encountering this issue in our QA environment when using the adapter to send files to remote site, the file received at the remote folder is zero-byte. I'm using dynamic send port with delivery notification enabled. I have checked the BizTalk Server and there is no error in the event log during the time when the file was sent out. Anyone encountered this issue before?

Also, this only happens in the QA environment where it is a remote site located at user's end, in our development environment both sites are internal.
