Unable write file to /xxx_test/test.xls

Jun 8, 2012 at 6:22 PM

Granted, I am not sFTP expert.  I was given User ID, Password, host address, so that is what I set up.

No matter what settings I change, I cannot get the file to post.  We used an application to post, and it worked, so we think their setup is correct, I am sure it is either how I installed the adapter, or set the settings.

Only thing I did was set the

SSH host:   mft.companyname.com

SSH Password: ............

SSH Port: 22

SSH Remote file Name: test.xls

SSH Remort path: /xxx_test/

SSH User: User ID

Everything else was set to the default.

Thanks for any help. mike

Specifics I see in the App log are below:

Method: Blogical.Shared.Adapters.Sftp.SftpTransmitterEndpoint.ProcessMessage

Error: [SftpTransmitterEndpoint] Unable to transmit file /xxx_test/test.xls.

Inner Exception:

Unable write file to /xxx_test/test.xls

Exception of type 'Tamir.SharpSsh.jsch.SftpException' was thrown.. Changing any Send Port Transport properties might require the host to be restarted, as the connection pool might still have connections

Can you please try doing the same thing using another client like Tunnelier (http://www.bitvise.com/tunnelier), just to verify the connection is ok, and that the folder exist.

We were able to use CuteFTP, and the customer got the file.
