I wonder if someone can help,

I can successfully use the SFTP adapter to send and receive when using a password. However when I try to use an identify file it fails.

I have downloaded Tunnelier and created a keypair, sent this to the SFTP owner, who imported it. I can now connect to the SFTP server via Tunnelier, however still not BizTalk.

What file do I need to use for the identity file in the BizTalk send port ? Do I export from the keypair manager? If so what format should I choose?

The user account that the BizTalk applicatin uses is not he same one as my user account(it runs as a service account without an interactive logon).

The error I get is

Type: System.Exception

Message: Unable to connect to Sftp host [thesftpserveraddress]

Any help would be appreciated.

I just set this up myself (not using tunnelier).  You need 1) the private key in the SFTP identity parameter (and passphrase in passphrase if you key has one).  2) You need to all the public key to the remote server (in unix it is in .ssh/authorized_keys).  Just append the public key to that file.  That is what controls on the remote who can get in.  That should get you set up.
